Hari Vunguturi is the founder of Hariyogam, an initiative dedicated to helping individuals move from stress and restlessness toward clarity, balance, and sustainable inner strength.
With a structured and integrated approach, he combines micro movements, yoga, breathwork, pranayama, mudras, meditation, and optimal mind–body performance guidance to support individuals experiencing stress, low energy, and lack of focus. His sessions are offered both online and in person, making the practices accessible to diverse communities.
He was honored to complete the Certified Yoga Instructor’s Course (YIC) at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), a Deemed University in India rooted in authentic yogic science — the birthplace of yoga.
In addition to his formal training, Hari has been consistently deepening his personal practice and guiding both children, adults and Professionals through structured sessions.
Beyond Hariyogam, he has contributed to his brother’s educational academy and continues to serve as a volunteer with AASRAA, a non-profit organization in India dedicated to consumer protection.

Hariyogam was born from a simple belief: when the mind and body are aligned, clarity naturally follows. Instead of isolated techniques, I follow an integrated approach that combines movement, breath, awareness, and performance guidance in a structured way. The goal is not temporary relief, but sustainable balance.
This endeavor is not about trends or quick solutions. It is about building inner stability, improving focus, and helping individuals navigate life with greater awareness and confidence. Whether you join online or in person, my intention is to guide you toward a state where clarity, energy, and balance become part of your daily life.
